All articles published in Apareser. Journal of Philosophy are distributed under the international Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 licence. This licence authorises anyone to copy, distribute and publicly communicate any of the texts published in Apareser, provided that the original work is not used for commercial purposes and no derivative works are created. 

In accordance with copyright legislation, Apareser recognises and respects the moral rights of those who publish in this journal, as well as the ownership of property rights, which shall be transferred to the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla through this journal, for dissemination by any electronic or printed means, whether on a local network, the Internet or social media.

Authors are free to include contributions they have published in Apareser in institutional or other repositories, provided this does not conflict with the Creative Commons licence to which this journal adheres.
