All articles published in Apareser. Journal of Philosophy are distributed under the international Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 licence. This licence authorises anyone to copy, distribute and publicly communicate any of the texts published in Apareser provided that the authorship of the work is acknowledged, the source is properly cited and the first publication in this journal is recognised. This material may not be remixed, transformed, translated or distributed in a modified form without the explicit authorisation of the journal.

In accordance with copyright legislation, Apareser recognises and respects the moral rights of those who publish in this journal, as well as the ownership of economic rights, which shall be transferred to the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla through this journal, for dissemination via any electronic or printed medium, whether on a local network, the Internet or social media.
