2. Submissions must not have been published or be under review by another national or international journal at the same time.
3. Files must be submitted in Microsoft Word, OpenOffice or RTF format.
4. Submissions must not exceed 14,000 words for research articles and 3,000 words for critical reviews.
5. Texts must include the following elements: the article title in bold, an abstract of 100 to 150 words, and a maximum of 5 keywords, all in English and Spanish.
6. Please complete the personal details in the following form (space for form link) and attach it to your submission.
7. Texts must be submitted in the following format: A4 size (margins: top: 2.5 cm, bottom: 2.5 cm, left: 2.5 cm, right: 2.5 cm), Times New Roman 12-point font, double spacing (2.0), justified text, paginated in the bottom right-hand corner, italics used instead of underlining, indent on the first line.
8. Words in other languages must be in italics and not in bold.

10. Texts must follow the MLA 9th edition citation style. Example: “Through the veins of the knowing subject constructed by Locke, Hume and Kant flows not true blood, but the thin sap of reason as mere intellectual activity” (Dilthey 40); Although he mentions, with regard to the Stagirite, that “Aristotle’s originality does not lie in rehabilitating the Sophists against Plato, for he is no less severe than Plato in view of the immoral use they make of language” (46). Short quotations should be placed in quotation marks (“”), whilst long quotations—those exceeding four lines or 45 words—should be set out in a separate paragraph with a 1 cm left indent and single line spacing.
11. Classical works or those by canonical authors for which citation methods are widely recognised by specialists shall be cited in accordance with standard practice, for example: Aristotle (Met. I, 2, 982b 30), Kant (KrV, A 90/B 122); Husserl (Hua XXXIX: 487–494), Heidegger (GA 53: 39).
12. Authors must adhere to the principle of anonymity within the manuscript and should preferably not reveal their identity.
Should the text contain personal references to works or research, the manuscript must be uploaded as two separate files: one without personal references (which will be the text submitted for review), and another containing the relevant references.
13. All submissions must be sent to the email address apareser.ffyl@correo.buap.mx, indicating in the subject line which section the submission corresponds to.
