SECIHTI’s SNPCyH

In August 2026, ApareSER was included in the National System of Scientific and Humanities Publications (SNPCyH) of the Secretariat for Science, Humanities, Technology and Innovation (SECIHTI). The aim is to strengthen the national ecosystem of non-commercial open-access academic journals by recognising bibliodiversity, academic integrity and editorial rigour.

Latindex Catalogue 2.0

In August 2026, the journal was included in the Latindex Catalogue 2.0, a catalogue featuring journals published in Latin America, the Caribbean, Spain and Portugal. Latindex offers two main information services: the first is a directory providing bibliographic and contact details for all registered journals; the second is a catalogue comprising journals that meet the highest quality standards in accordance with the Latindex methodology.

Dialnet

In March 2026, ApareSER joined Dialnet, a collaborative project aimed at integrating various documentary resources and services. It has registered users from Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Chile, Venezuela, Ecuador, Brazil, Costa Rica, Italy, Bolivia, Uruguay, the USA, Cuba and Puerto Rico.

REBIUN – Network of Spanish University and Research Libraries

In March 2026, ApareSER joined REBIUN. REBIUN is the Network of Spanish University and Research Libraries. Established in 1988, it brings together and integrates the catalogues and resources of 76 Spanish universities and the CSIC. It serves as a forum for library cooperation, the optimisation of resources and the promotion of open science

BIBLAT

CLASE (bibliographic database of social sciences and humanities journals)

In June 2026, ApareSER was included in the BIBLAT-Clase database. BIBLAT is a specialised portal that provides insight into the characteristics of scientific output from Latin America and the Caribbean published in academic journals across the region. The information sources are Clase and Periódica. For the past 45 years, the National Autonomous University of Mexico, through its General Directorate of Libraries, has been publishing Clase (a bibliographic database of social sciences and humanities journals), which analyses more than 1,500 Latin American and Caribbean journal titles.

Europub

In August 2026, ApareSER was included in the Europub database. This is an international academic database and directory founded in England in 2015. Its aim is to index, store and increase the visibility of open-access scientific journals and articles across various disciplines.
